We pride ourselves on the calibre of our people. Our 200+ team members come from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including legal, accountancy, chartered secretarial, trust and estate planning, compensation and employee benefits consultancy, and corporate human resources. Experienced plan administrators, project managers and technology professionals also bring invaluable talent and expertise to RBC cees. Senior team members have been with us for over 12 years, on average.

On the private equity and property fund services side of the business, our senior team has been working together for more than 8 years. Our multi-disciplinary team includes highly experienced specialist fund administrators, accountants and company secretaries.

Throughout RBC cees, many team members have previously held senior positions in professional services firms and/or in industry, which allows us to provide additional value to our clients through technical awareness, practical knowledge and experience. We are also able to draw on the broader experience of RBC, with access to legal, investment and private banking professionals.
